Can I request an invoice for the course purchase?

When a purchase is made, you will receive an email including the details of your order and payment, this email serves as an invoice.

we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased. Knowledge can’t be returned, for more details, please refer to our terms and conditions.

We have built a private online community for the students to communicate with each other, and of course with the tutor, Kenny, too. We have made it even better, you can communicate with any topics on your way to Canada there, not limited to the courses!

To access the community, you need to purchase any paid course (not free course), upon purchase, you’ll receive an invitation email to register with the community.

Once you log back in, the course will remain in your cart, allowing you to seamlessly proceed with the checkout process. Most of the information you entered will still be available for your convenience.

What is an affiliate, is it an agent?

In some culture, you can understand the affiliate as an ‘agent’, but in the legal context of Canada, affiliate is not an agent, it’s more like a partnership. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions of affiliate program.

Before applying for an affiliate, you need to register to become an user(student) of this website, the password for the user account is the password for your affiliate account.

If you logged in your user account first and then logged in the affiliate account, you need to log out your user account first, and then log in your affiliate account directly to see your affiliate control panel.
